摘要
人类社会能够持续发展的本质是科技创新和制度创新,创新已经成为时代的关键词.特别在现代信息化社会,信息的爆炸性增长几乎为人人铺垫了创新的平台.文章在势科学理论基础上探讨了创新发生的内在机制和时代特征,揭示了“蓄势待发→势不可挡→势如破竹→创新分岔”的信息势积累是创新的基本路径,而科学化、信息化和制度化是当今社会创新与可持续发展的根本动力.
Sustainable development of human society is the essence of science and technology innovation and system innovation. Innovation has become the key word of the times. Especially in the modern information society, information explosion becomes creative platform for everybody. On the basis of potential science theory the paper discusses the innovation of mechanism and characteristics of era and reveals that the ＂ gaining momentum - the overwhelming - sweeping - innovation bifurcation＂ information potential accumulation is the basic path of innovation, and science, irrformation - based and institutionalization is the fundamental for the sustainable development of social innovation and motivation.
