摘要
燕山石化公司化工八厂异构加热炉L-101为间二甲苯装置设备,迄今使用超过30年。为科学评价炉管剩余寿命,本文进行了炉管损伤机理分析,并通过在线红外热成像,依据API581确定了计算腐蚀速率。按照设计标准分别对对流段炉管和辐射段炉管进行了强度校核、蠕变强度校核和热应力校核,综合分析得到了炉管的剩余寿命。
A Isomerism heating furnace which belong to the eight chemical factory of Yanshan Co.,Ltd. SINOPEC had been used for thirty years. To assess its remaining life, the damage mechanism offurnace tube is analyzed, on-stream infrared temperature measure performed, the calculated corrosion rateis selected due to API581-2008, strength, thermal strength and creep strength is conformed. As a result,remaining life of furnace tube is worked out.
