小麦抗白粉病离体鉴定与药剂的选择 被引量:2

摘要 采用离体鉴定方法对小麦抗白粉病特性进行初步研究 ,结果表明 :最适鉴定方法和培养条件是在小麦叶片展开后 ,将其剪成 3~ 5cm长叶段 ,叶面朝上摆放在加有保绿剂的试管中 ,接种白粉菌后置室内 (光强2 0 0 0 LX,温度 1 8~ 2 2℃ )。光照 6HR/ d,待潜育期结束开始观察记录。苗期离体鉴定结果与田间成株期常规鉴定结果基本一致 :周麦 9号的抗病性最强 ,其次是周麦 1 3、豫麦 54、内乡 1 88、赵 92 It studied wheat varieties to resisted character of wheat powdery mildew in detached leaf sequent method.The research results showed that the most suitable appraisal method and leaf were cut into the long section of 3~5cm and was placed indoor (the strong 2000LX of light , the temperature 18~22℃), leaf was inoculated the powdery mildew. 6 BA was the best of all the medications.
