摘要
目前在精密和超精密加工领域 ,多晶金刚石 (PCD)涂层、立方氮化硼 (CBN)涂层、氮化铪 (HfN)涂层刀具显示了广阔应用前景 ,但价格昂贵 ,工艺复杂 弄清涂层对延长刀具寿命和提高切削性能主要机理 ,研究抑制涂层刀具磨损失效技术 ,开展多元梯度薄膜涂层刀具研究对广泛开发利用涂层刀具具有重大意义 文中对 4种涂层刀具进行切削性能与磨损失效机理进行研究 。
At present there is arising a wide application prospect of tips with coating of PCD,CBN or HfN in the field of precision or super precision machining, but such tips are characterized by high expenses and complicated processing techniques. It is therefore of great significance for the development and application of coated tips to understand the chief mechanism of prolonging the life span and improving the cutting properties of tips, to research into the know how of anti wear failure of coated tips and to begin the study on multiply composite film coated tips.The paper firstly analyzes the cutting properties and wear failure mechanism of four different coated tips and then makes a further exploration of multiply composites film coated tips on the previous basis.
