摘要
[目的]了解癌症病人的信息需求及信息获取方式。[方法]采用自行设计的病人健康信息调查问卷,对住院的已确诊的73例癌症病人进行问卷调查,并对问卷数据结果进行描述性统计分析。[结果]癌症病人主要的信息需求内容是治疗效果、治疗方式及饮食指导;43.8%的病人通过咨询医护人员的方式获得信息,大多数病人的信息满意度较高。[结论]本研究显示癌症病人信息需求程度较高,但是来源较单一,以病人信息需求为导向,提升护患沟通技巧和护士自身的知识水平是提高癌症病人信息满意度的关键。
Objective:To know about the information demands and information obtaining of cancer patients.Methods:A total of 76cancer inpatients who has been diagnosed exactly were investigated by using self-designed patient health information questionnaires,and the descriptive statistical analysis was carried out for the results.Results:Cancer patients' main information demands included therapeutic effect,treatments and dietary guidance;43.8% cancer patients got information by consulting their doctors and nurses,most patients' information satisfaction was in higher level.Conclusion:This research shows that the level of information needs is higher,but the source of information is single.Oriented by the information demands of patients,to enhance their level of knowledge and nurses are key to improving cancer patient satisfaction information.
