摘要
[目的]探讨人工髋关节置换术病人的康复护理。[方法]对123例行全髋人工关节置换术的病人进行精心护理,指导病人进行各项术前、术后康复锻炼,预防术后各种并发症的发生。[结果]护理干预使病人术后并发症明显减少,人工髋关节能有效恢复功能。[结论]围术期的护理能明显提高病人术后人工关节的功能和术后的生活质量,在髋关节置换术中起关键作用。
Objective:To probe into rehabilitation care of patients after undergoing artificial hip replacement surgery.Methods:A total of 123cases of patients undergoing artificial hip replacement surgery were given to intensive care,and they guided the patients' preoperative and postoperative rehabilitation exercises,to prevent postoperative all kinds of complications.Results: Nursing intervention significantly made postoperative complications reduced, and artificial hip joint can effectively restore function.Conclusion:Perioperative care can significantly improve postoperative artificial joint function and postoperative quality of life,and it plays a key role in hip arthroplasty.
