摘要
[目的]探讨肩关节镜下行SLAP损伤修复术病人的护理经验,提高病人的依从性,以提高护理质量。[方法]对13例SLAP损伤病人实施术前心理防护、告知肩部支具的佩戴方法,术后采取功能体位护理、疼痛护理、肩部支具护理、功能锻炼指导等护理方法,预防并发症,评价护理效果。[结果]13例病人经有效的手术治疗和护理干预后,均康复出院。仅有1例病人术后8周出现肩关节肿胀疼痛、肩关节部分功能受限再次入院,遵医嘱予以甘露醇脱水、适当功能锻炼后康复出院。[结论]对肩关节镜下行SLAP损伤修复术病人进行护理,可减轻病人疼痛,促进病人的功能恢复。
Objective:To probe into the nursing experience of patients undergoing SLAP damage repair under shoulder arthroscopy,so as to increase compliance of patients and improve the quality of nursing.Methods:13cases of patients suffered from superior labrum anterior posterior(SLAP)received preoperative psychological protection and were informed to wear the shoulder braces correctly before operation.Postoperative nursing methods, such as functional position nursing,pain care,shoulder braces care,guidance of exercise were taken to prevent complications and then to evaluate the nursing effect.Results:All patients were healing and discharged after effective surgery treatment and nursing interventions.Only 1patient readmit after 8weeks because occurence of shoulder swelling and pain,part of limited functionality of shoulder,and he recovered and discharged after prescribed mannitol for dehydration treatment and appropriate functional exercise.Conclusion:Nursing of patients undergoing SLAP damage repair under shoulder arthroscopy can effectively alleviate the pain of patients and speed up their function recovery.
