盐酸氢吗啡酮的临床研究进展 被引量：58

摘要 盐酸氢吗啡酮（hydromorphone）作为一种强效阿片类镇痛药物，在临床上已有八十余年的历史。盐酸氢吗啡酮是半合成阿片类药物，它通过激动中枢神经系统μ-阿片类受体起到镇痛作用。吗啡作为阿片类药物的代表一直被广泛应用于癌性疼痛镇痛和术后镇痛，而盐酸氢吗啡酮在化学结构上的变化使其在理化性质、临床镇痛应用等方面均优于传统吗啡。现就该药的实验研究和在各领域的应用予以综述。
