西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病疗效观察被引量：4

摘要目的：探讨西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月～2012年10月就诊的2型糖尿病患者96例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各48例。两组患者均进行糖尿病健康教育，糖尿病饮食和适当锻炼。对照组给予二甲双胍，起始剂量为0.5 g，根据患者血糖情况给予患者口服二甲双胍0.5 g/片，1片/次，2次/d或3次/d；治疗组在对照组基础上服用西格列汀，50 mg/片，2片/次，1次/d，口服；两组治疗周期均为12周。结果治疗组与对照组的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hPG），糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）均有下降，但治疗组各项指标更接近理想指标，消化道不良反应也更少。结论西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病疗效确切，具有良好的降糖效果和安全性。
