β受体阻滞剂的降压治疗地位是否发生变化 被引量：2

摘要 β受体阻滞剂自诞生以来，已经成为经典的心血管疾病的基石用药，在高血压、冠心病、心律失常、心衰等多领域有着非常广泛的应用，多年来也一直是多国权威指南推荐的首选抗高血压药物之一。然而，20世纪70年代以来，随着钙离子拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和血管紧张素受体拮抗剂的诞生、普及，以及许多临床研究结果的陆续发表，β受体阻滞剂在降压治疗中的地位受到了质疑和挑战，甚至其降压方面的作用也颇有争议。本文就最新发布的《2014美国成人高血压管理指南（JNC8）》对β受体阻滞剂在治疗高血压中的争议进行分析和探讨。
