摘要
讨论了一种用于随机载荷下零构件疲劳寿命预估的有效计算方法 .引入材料所吸收的弹性应变能和塑性应变能等参量 ,在等能量损伤法则下推算出稳态条件下随机载荷的等价常幅应力 ,并利用 MTS810疲劳试验机对 Q2 35钢缺口试件进行了试验验证 ,对于结构设计阶段和改进阶段或应力响应时间历程无法实测的情况 。
This paper studies a sort of efficient calculation method for fatigue life prediction under random loading. It introduces some parameters such as the elastic strain energy and plastic strain energy absorbed bymaterial. With the damage principle of equivalent energy, we worked out the equivalent constant stresses of the random loading under the steady condition. It has practical significance for predicting the service life during the stage of structures design and improvement. This method was verified with the Q235 steel notched specimens test results using MTS 810 material test system.
