摘要
[目的]探讨综合干预护理中断事件对护理安全管理的影响。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法,调查湖南省某家三级甲等综合医院A班中发生的护理中断事件,然后组织12名观察护士进行访谈,结合调查结果,通过召开护理管理讨论会、开展安全系列主题培训、联动干预支持小组等开展综合干预。[结果]干预后安全态度调查得分、安全管理检查得分显著提高(P<0.05),护理不良事件发生例次下降近50%。[结论]护理管理者应加强对护理中断事件的关注,并采取有效举措,减少中断事件带来的负面效应,提高安全管理质量。
Objective:To probe into the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention interrupt event on nursing safety management.Methods:First, convenience sampling method was used to investigate nursing interrupt event occurred in class A in a third grade A general hospital in Hunan province.Then 12observed nurses were organized and interviewed.Finally combined with findings to hold nursing management seminars,to conduct safety series of themes training,and to joint to intervention support group to carry out comprehensive intervention.Results:Safety attitude survey score and safety management inspection score after the intervention were improved significantly(P<0.05).Occurrence cases of nursing adverse events decreased by nearly 50%.Conclusion:Nursing care managers should strengthen to concern about interrupt events,and take effective measures to reduce the negative impact of interrupt events and improve safety management quality.
