摘要
文科类专业技能的"软性"与"隐性"的特点致使其实训基地建设缺乏理想模式,不能满足人才培养需要。结合文科特色的服务模式实训基地建设思路要求以区域市场经济需求为导向,以提升学生综合素质和就业技能作为目标,基于实战向社会提供服务,构建教、学、考证、实操和服务"五位一体"的实训基地。
At present, the construction of arts majors training base can＇t meet the demand of education training aslack of idealized mode due to arts major＇s flexibility and implication in professional skills. This paper puts forwardthat the construction of service mode training base should be constructed with arts majors＇ features and local marketeconomy-orientated, targeting to promote the students＇ comprehensive quality and employment skills, providing serviceto the community and integrating teaching, learning, occupation qualification certificate, training and servicefunctions into one base.
