摘要
宁波海洋服务业发展态势良好,但现有海洋服务业仍以传统产业为主,尚未形成系统规模和集聚效应,影响了海洋产业发展质量和竞争力提升.文章在分析宁波海洋服务业现状及问题基础上,提出宁波应加快海洋传统产业向高科技海洋新兴产业的转变,巩固航运物流业、海洋文化业、海洋旅游业等重点领域,夯实海洋服务业发展基础,全面推进市县统筹、陆域和海域联动发展,从更多领域、更高层次促进海洋服务业的可持续发展.
The current situation of Ningbo marine service has developed well.However,the existing ma-rine services industry,which is still dominated by traditional industries,has not yet formed a systematic scale and agglomeration effects.It has affected the marine service quality improvement and competitive ad-vantage promotion.Based on the analysis of the existing situation of the marine service in Ningbo,the pa-per suggests that Ningbo should speed up the change from the traditional marine industry to the high-tech marine industry and puts more emphasis on the key areas,like shipping and logistics,marine culture and marine tourism etc;Moreover,Ningbo should tamp the development foundation of marine service indus-try,comprehensively enhancing the effective cooperation between city and county,land and sea;thus boosting maire service industry to have a sustainable development.
