摘要
过量空气系数、温度、油品质量是影响三效催化转化器(TWC)效能的三大关键因素.论述了过量空气系数对发动机的性能、排气污染物浓度和TWC效能的影响,温度在提高 TWC效能中的作用以及油品质量对TWC的转化效率和寿命的影响.指出,要保证TWC有较高的效能,必须使发动机在各种运行工况下所供给的混合气的过量空气系数在 1附近,必须改善TWC在发动机冷起动时的性能,必须使用无铅汽油.并提出了满足以上条件的措施和建议.
Excessive air coefficient, temperature, fuel quality are three key factors influencing Three - way Catalytic converter (TWC) efficacy. They are discussed in this paper that excessive air coefficient influences with property of engine and pollutants/ concentration and TWC/ efficacy, that the action of temperature on enhancement TWC/ efficacy, that the influence of fuel quality on TWC/ transformation efficiency and life. It can be point out, in order to ensure that the TWC has higher efficacy, that the excessive air coefficient must be close to one when the engine works in different conditions, that the engine/s property in the condition of cold start must be improved, that the fuel without Pb must be used. That the measures and suggestions meeting above the conditions are put forward.
