摘要
市场经济条件下,学校与企业开展多层次的合作办学,对高职院校的专业建设、学生职业能力培养起着举足轻重的作用。目前,由于高职高校与生产企业在人才供需、目标定位、利益追求等方面存在矛盾,导致校企合作往往只停留在松散的合作阶段,校内教学、实训与企业实践锻炼等环节脱节。只有建立高校与企业深度合作模式,共同培养化工专业类学生的创造能力、实践能力,才能为社会输送高素质的应用型人才。
Under the condition of market economy, schools and enterprises cooperation at multiple levels is important for vocational college professional building and the students＇ occupation ability. At present, higher vocational colleges and enterprises have contradiction in the talent supply and demand, target orientation, pursuit of interests and other aspects, the school enterprise cooperation only stay in the phase of loose cooperation, and teaching, training and enterprise practice come apart. This article expounds the establishment of university and enterprise cooperation mode, culture of chemical professional students＇ creative ability and practical ability, the transmission of high-quality practical talents for the society.
