着重介绍了新疆本土三网融合的典型应用"天山云",并从主要功能和相对优势方面进行了论述。通过横向对比IPTV和OTT TV,深入讲述了新疆的三网融合现状。
＂Tianshan Cloud＂ which is the typical application of the integration of three networks in Xinjiang was introduced, the main function and comparative advantage were expounded. The present situation of the integration of three networks in Xinjiang was expatiated by means of side-by-side comparison of IPTV and OTT TV.
