摘要
近几十年来,清水江区域社会与清水江文书问题,一直是学界高度关注的对象。总体而言,清水江区域社会研究的重要切入点,则是围绕清水江木材市场贸易网络,探讨该区域社会的结构化过程;而对于清水江文书的研究,侧重于其保护、抢救、整理,以及试图从清水江文书中找到民间法的内在运行机制,及其国家法与民族习惯法的互动关系。本文试图梳理上述两层面的现有研究成果,同时指出可继续深入推进的研究空间。
In recent decades ,the Qingshuijiang River regional society and documents in this area has been the object in academia . In general , the wood market trade network is an important point of Qingshuijiang River regional society research ,which discusses the structuring process of this area .How to protect ,rescue ,collate documents in Qingshuijiang River ,and try to find the Internal rules of folk law ,as well as the interaction between national law and national law ,is an important aspect for Qingshui River documents research .This paper attempts to sort out the above two aspects of the existing research results and points out further research space as well .
