摘要
留学生信息服务是我国高校图书馆的一项重要工作。调查表明,高校留学生有强烈的信息需求,但对图书馆信息服务的利用却非常有限,主要障碍在于语言、知识和信息能力等方面。文章从专职馆员设置、入馆培训、国际化环境建设、信息素质教育等方面,提出了对策建议。
The information literacy education is an important job of China university libraries. This study finds that international students have strong demand for information services. Because of poor Chinese, low information ability and lack of the knowledge on library, international students only have used a small part of the information services supplied by university libraries. In order to improve the information services to international students, policy suggestions are put forward from the aspects of special position arrangement, library induction, international environment construction and information literacy education.
