摘要
新加坡公共图书馆推行图书集中采编机制,且呈现出诸多优势;而我国公共图书馆各自分散采编,存在诸多弊端。消除这些弊端,可借鉴新加坡的成功经验和天津图书馆界的一些做法,从加大投入力度、建立有效的组织与管理模式、兼顾地区特色需求等方面入手,推动我国公共图书馆在一定范围内实行统一集中采编,促进采访编目工作集约化、规范化发展。
Singapore Public Libraries carry out books centralized acquisition mechanism and present many advantages. But the separated acquisition of our country public library has many disadvantages. We should draw lessons from some successful experience of Singapore and Tianjin library circles of good practices. From increasing investment, establishing effective organization and management model, paying attention to area characteristic and demand of the public library, the authors argue that a unified centralized acquisition in a certain range should be promoted, aiming at the intensive and standardized develovmeat of acquisition and cataloging of domestic libraries.
