摘要
通过对神华集团铁路自备车类型、保有量、既有检修能力布局的计算、分析,并结合C70、C80新型铁路货车最新检修工艺流程、工装设备配置、神华集团铁路运输特点以及拟建场地的既有情况的分析、研究,论述在万水泉新建车辆段的必要性,确定了新建车辆段的总平面布局方案,合理利用资源,集约用地。确定组合车库采用联合并列式布置方案,在主要检修车间采用先进的自动化流水线,以提高生产效率。满足了神华集团各型铁路货车的检修要求,缓解了检修能力缺口。
This paper calculated and analyzed the types and the quantity of the owned railway vehicles of Shenhua Group, as well as the existing maintenance ability. And then the paper researched relevant factors, including the up-to-date maintenance process of late-model C70/C80 railway freight vehicles, the installation equipment configuration, the Shenhua Group's railway transportation characteristics, and the current situation of the proposed project site. On that basis, the paper expounded the necessity of building a new rolling stock depot in Wanshuiquan, and determined the general layout plan of the proposed rolling stock depot, in order to achieve the goal of rational resource use and intensive land use. Meanwhile, this paper determined that there should be a combined parallel arrangement plan in the combined vehicle depot and that there should be the advanced automatic assembly line in the major overhaul workshops, so as to improve production efficiency. As a result, this design can meet the maintenance requirement of all types of railway freight vehicles of Shenhua Group, and can improve the ability of repairing.
