摘要
目的:观察温肾运脾汤对桥本氏甲状腺炎的治疗效果。方法:将64例桥本氏甲状腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予温肾运脾汤口服治疗,对照组不予药物治疗,定期随访观察,疗程12 w。观察治疗前后2组患者临床症状、体征、甲状腺功能及甲状腺彩超的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为76.4%,明显优于对照组22.2%。治疗后治疗组TgAb、TPOAb显著下降(P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗结束后随访6月发现,对照组TSH较前明显升高(P<0.01),FT3、FT4较前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),与中药治疗组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。治疗组TgAb、TPOAb较前明显下降(P<0.01),且显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药温肾运脾汤不仅对桥本氏甲状腺炎患者的症状体征有明显改善,对继发性甲减的预防更有着显著的意义。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Wen-shen-yun-pi-tang to Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Methods: Six- ty-four Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients were divided into treatment group and control group at randomly. The treatment group were treated with Wen-shen-yun-pi-tang orally and the control group without medicine for 12 weeks, regular follow-up observations. Observe the symptoms and signs, thyroid function and changes from color Doppler ultrasound of thyroid gland. Results : The total effective rate of treatment group was 76. 4% , which was better than that in the control group 22. 2% obviously. The level of TgAb in treatment group were markedly decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ) and better than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) . The founding of regular follow-up obser- vation after 6 months' treatment, the level of TSH increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) and FF3, FT4 decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ) in control group, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.01 ) compared to the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment group. The level of TgAb, TPOAb in treatment group were decreased (P 〈 0. 01 ) markedly after Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment, and the differ- ence was particularly significant (P 〈 0. 01 ) by comparing to control group. Conclusion: Wen-shen-yun-pi-tang not only could im- prove symptoms and signs of Hashimoto's thyroiditis, but also play the significant role in prevention of the Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
