摘要
目的:观察中医辨证论治结合降糖药治疗糖尿病多汗症的临床疗效。方法:来自我院门诊的84例糖尿病多汗症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组42例给予降糖药治疗,治疗组42例在降糖药治疗基础上结合中医辨证论治,观察治疗前后2组临床效果的变化。结果:治疗组临床治愈率28.5%,总有效率90.4%;对照组临床治愈率9.5%,总有效率57.1%。2组临床治愈率及总有效率比较差异明显,P<0.01,有统计学意义。结论:中医辨证结合西药治疗糖尿病多汗症疗效明显,值得进一步推广。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of diabetes hyperhidrosis treatment with the syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Hypoglycemic agents. Methods： 84 cases of diabetes hyperhidrosis came from outpatients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly, 42 cases of control group treated with hypoglycemic drugs and the treat- ment group of 42 cases treated with the syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine based the treatment of control group. To observe the changes of two groups of clinical effects before and after treatment. Results： The clinical cure rate of treatment group was 28.5% and the total effective rate was 90. 4%. The clinical cure rate of control group was 9. 5% and the total effective rate was 57. 1%. The two groups of clinical cure rate and total effective rate were different （P 〈 0.01 ） and had statistical significance. Conclusion ： The clinical effect was obvious of diabetes hyperhidrosis treatment with the syndrome differentiation of Tradi- tional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine and is worth to be popularized.
