摘要
目的:通过观察基于浊毒学说组方对幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎(HPAG)患者症状、胃镜、HP等的影响,以寻求治疗HPAG有效的基本方。方法:随机双盲法将120例患者分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对两组治疗前后的一般情况、胃镜下改变及根除HP情况等角度进行观察分析。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化浊解毒清幽方加减治疗HPAG疗效佳,值得研究和推广。
Objective： Through the observation of the Zhuo-du theory based on the prescription of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis （HPAG） patients symptoms, gastroscopy, HP ete, in order to seek the basic prescription is effective in treating HPAG. Methods： A randomized double blind method, 120 patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group, the gastroscope in general, the two groups before and after treatment were observed and analyzed the changes and HP aspects of eradication. Results： The treatment group was better than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Hua-zhuo-jie-du-qing- you decoction treatment of HPAG effect of good, worthy of research and extension.
