摘要
目的:观察黄芪桂枝五物汤加味防治TP方案化疗致外周神经毒性的疗效。方法:50例接受TP方案辅助化疗的卵巢癌、食管癌或非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组给予黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗,对照组给予口服甲钴胺片治疗。治疗2、4、6个周期后评定疗效。结果:化疗第2、4、6周期后,2组均未出现Ⅳ级周围神经毒性,但治疗组Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ级周围神经毒性反应发生率与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);化疗前及化疗后第2周期2组间正中神经、腓神经的MNCV、SNCV比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但化疗第4周期及第6周期后2组间正中神经及腓神经的MNCV、SNCV比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤加减能够有效减轻TP方案化疗后的周围神经毒性。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Jia-wei-huang-qi-gui-zhi-wu-wu decoction in the prevention and treat- ment of the peripheral neurotoxicity eaused by TP (paclitaxel plus cisplatin) regimen as chemotherapy. Methods: 50 patients with o- varian cancer or esophageal cancer or non-small-cell lung cancer finished operation and were choosed, they received TP regimen as ad- juvant chemotherapy and were randomly divided into trial group (25 patients) and control group (25 patients) . Trial grnup used oral Jia-wei-huang-qi-gui-zhi-Wu-wu decoction with chemotherapy, control group used oral mecobalamin capsules with chemothera- py. variation of neurotoxicity was observed and peripheral nerve function was detected after 2, 4, 6 cycles chemotherapy. Results: Grade four neurotoxieity was no occurrence in the trial group and control group, the incidence of one grade and two grade and three grade neurotoxicity, there was statistical significance in the difference between 2 groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Determination of peripheral nerve function of nerves peronaeus and nerves teleneuron, there was no statistical significance between 2 groups in motor nerves con- duction velocity (MNCV) and sensory nerves conduction velocity (SNCV) before chemotherapy and after 2 cycles (P 〉 0. 05 ), but there was statistical significance between 2 groups in MNCV and SNCV 'after 4 and 6 cycles ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Jia-wei-huang-qi-gui-zhi decoction is effective in Ihe relief of the neurotoxicity caused by TP regimen as chemotherapy.
