摘要
介绍了飞针测试系统的控制结构,阐述了PMAC的PID工作原理,并通过调节一些重要参数研究PMAC控制器中PID的调节过程,获得了合理的系统PID参数,达到良好的动态性能和稳态性能,为实现PMAC在位置伺服系统中的应用打下基础。
In this paper,the structure of servo control system of Flying Probe Test System was introduced,The working principle for PID of PMAC was described,and the PID adjustm ent in the PMAC had been studied by adjusting some important parameters,The reasonable PID parameter,good dynamic capability and stability had been achieved finally,which laid a foundation for the application of PMAC in servo controlsystem .
