摘要
目前,用电信息采集异常精确定位一直没有得到较好的解决,本文提出的基于GPRS的信息采集定位系统技术方案,很好地克服了传统集抄系统无法进行故障信息上报,无法进行故障定位,系统复杂的缺陷。该系统在每个数据采集处装手机卡,通过手机号码识别智能电表的确切位置,实现异常精确定位,中心服务器获取数据有两种模式,即主动读取智能电表数据和被动获取集中器传送的异常数据,满足用户对数据的要求,系统通过WEB服务器向用户提供报表服务,具有良好的人机交互作用。
Accurate anomaly positioning of electric energy data acquisition is unsolved at present. The technical solution of information collection and positioning system based on GPRS is proposed to well overcome the defect of traditional meter reading system, like unable abnormal information reporting, unable anomaly positioning and complicated system. Installing mobile phone card in each place of data acquisition, this system can identify the accurate position of smart meter by phone number and achieve accurate anomaly positioning. Center server has two modes to acquire data: read the data of smart meter actively and acquire the abnormal data sent by concentrator passively, which meets the requirements of users for data. The system provides reporting services for users by Web server and plays an important role in human-computer interaction.
