公共管理科学方法创新:GIS方法与公共管理数字化 被引量：3

摘要 当代西方公共管理研究的科学化主要体现于两个方向:一是强调运用计量分析方法和数学模型建构,二是强调空间化与数字化。GIS方法是公共管理学空间化与数字化的有效工具,已成为西方公共管理学研究的最新趋向。GIS方法基于公共空间信息的采集与储存,通过制图、空间分析与统计分析,实现城市管理、城市规划、公共资源配置、危机管理等公共领域研究的数字化应用。
