航空发动机叶片修复机床传动系动态建模及仿真 被引量:2

摘要 为了建立更加接近航空发动机叶片修复焊接机床真实运动的动态运动模型,进而提高机床传动动态稳定性,根据动力学原理对航空发动机叶片修复焊接机床的单轴运动进行了多因素动力学分析。将电机、轴承、丝杠、丝杠副、工作台进行了综合动力学分析,通过动态刚度将轴向位移与轴向力以及扭矩相关联,进行动态建模及仿真。将仿真分析结果与参数匹配修改后的仿真结果以及利用其他仿真方法得到的结果相对比,该模型的动态稳定性与灵敏性更加理想。 In order to establish a model of aircraft engine blade repair welding machine which could reflect the real motion for more,then improve the dynamic stability of the machine,multivariate factor dynamics analysis was done for axis motion of aircraft en-gine blade repair welding machine according to kinetic theory. Synthesis dynamics analysis for the motor,bearings,screw,screw vice and workbench was made. Associating the axial displacement with axial force and torque through the dynamic stiffness,modeling and simulation were done. Comparing the simulation results with the results got after modifying parameters and the results got using other model,it is shown that dynamic stability and sensitivity of the model are more excellent.
