摘要
传统的烟气加热炉炉温控制系统有响应慢、控制精度不高等不足,本文使用PID模糊控制的新的控制模式,以磨机出口温度作为主控点,提出了更为合理的燃气/空气配比模型。实际应用效果证明,烟气加热炉出口温度等参数均控制在安全合理范围内,产品质量提高,系统的控制精度大大提高。
In view of the shortage of traditional PID algorithm applied to temperature control system of gas furnace,a new system based on fuzzy-PID is designed,it uses the outlet temperature of mill as a main control point.This paper puts forward a more reasonable gas/air combustion ratio model.Application result indicates that the system can keep all parameters within rational limits and increase the product quality and stability.
