摘要
目的通过扫描电镜观察茎、叶、粉末结构特征鉴定到手香药材原植物。方法取到手香茎、叶、粉末制片,置扫描电镜中观察摄影。结果对到手香叶的茎、叶、粉末显微特征及显微常数进行了描述和测定。结论该研究成果可用于到手香药材的显微鉴定,为制定到手香的质量标准打下基础。
Ohjectiw,：To identify original plant of Coleus amboinicus Lonr. by by scanning electrn microscope （SEM）. Methods：The stem, leaf and powder of Coleus amboinicns Lour. were observed and photographed by SEM after being made into proper specimen. Results： Macrascopic characteristics of the stem, leaf and powder were observed by SEM. Conclusion：The research results can bc used for the microscapic identification and for making the quality standard Coleus amboinicus Lout.
