摘要
目的:研究口腔畸形患者使用微型种植体支抗的治疗效果。方法:以我院收治的56例口腔正畸患者作为研究对象。对照组使用非种植体强支抗方法进行治疗,实验组使用微型种植体支抗方法进行治疗。比较2组患者的口腔正畸治疗指标(观察磨牙位移、上中切牙倾角差、上中切牙凸距差)。结果:实验组患者的微型种植体更加稳定,可以有效进行前牙覆盖。经过9个月时间的治疗患者磨牙位移、上中切牙凸距差以及上中切牙倾角差等参数都明显优于对照组。结论:使用微型种植体支抗治疗口腔正畸患者效果良好,患者满意度高,提高了固定效果,值得临床推广。
Objective：to study the effects of treatment of using mini-implant for the patients with oral deformity.Methods：we put 56 cases of orthodontic patients as the subjects which admitted in our hospital,the control group using non-implant anchorage method for treatment,and the experimental group using mini-implant for treatment.Compare the index of these two groups with orthodontic treatment （observed molar displacement,the poor and the upper central incisor inclination incisor protrusion from poor circumstances）.Results： the mini-implant of experimental group was more stable,their facial expressions all normal and overjet were effective.After 9 months of treatment,the molar displacement、upper incisor protrusion distance difference and the upper incisor inclination angle of the patients of experimental group were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion：the effects of using mini-implant to treat the orthodontic patients were good,it improve the fixed effect and has high patient satisfaction,is worth the clinical promotion.
