摘要
海洋公园具备海洋保护和面向公众开展生态旅游的特性。南海周边国家和地区海洋旅游资源丰富,海洋旅游业等海洋产业是南海周边国家可持续发展的宝贵财富。论题从介绍海洋公园的概念、特征出发,论述建立南海海洋公园的意义。通过分析南海旅游合作的必要性及可能性,提出南海旅游共同合作的展望。以"海洋公园模式"的南海旅游共同合作,不影响南海争端国在争端中的各自立场,是南海共同合作由"务虚"到"务实"的深入推进。
The ocean park has the characteristics of marine conservation and public-oriented ecotourism development. The marine tourism resources are rich in the neighboring countries and regions along South China Sea, and hence the marine industry, such as the marine tourism industry, will be the precious wealth for the sustainable development of the countries around South China Sea. Introducing the concept and characteristics of the ocean park, this paper discussed the significance of establishing South China Sea Ocean Park. Through analyzing the necessity and possibility of tourism cooperation in South China Sea, it points out the prospects of tourism cooperation in South China Sea. It holds that the joint cooperation of South China Sea tourism with ＂the mode of Ocean Park＂ dese not affect the respective claims of the countries involved in the South China Sea disputes, which will further promote the ＂principle-discussing＂ cooperation towards the ＂pragmatic＂ one.
