摘要
随着经济的增长和产业结构的升级,高新技术产业已经成为国民经济的战略性先导产业,成为各国和各地区经济社会发展的战略重点。2004—2010年,江苏省高新技术产业是江苏省经济增长的支柱行业,具有极强的竞争力,在全国范围内,江苏省的高新技术产业发展处于领先水平,结构合理,竞争力强,发展潜力巨大。
With the growth of economy and the upgrade of industrial structure, high-tech industries have become a strategically leading industry in the national economy, and become the strategic focus of the economic and social development of all countries and regions. During 2004-2010, the high tech industries acted as the prop industry and enjoyed competitive edge in Jiangsu, whose high- tech industries led those nationwide because of their structure, competitiveness and potential.
