摘要
由对苯二甲酸 (PTA)废料酯化合成的聚酯树脂再与重芳烃、锌粉、铁红、石墨及固化剂等制得防腐抗静电油罐涂料。该涂料具有酯基和氨基甲酸酯结构 ,其中富含的锌粉对工业设备具有电化学保护作用和抗静电作用 ,能耐各类油品 ,耐酸、碱、盐和工业废气的腐蚀。
An anticorrosive and antistatic coating for storage tank was prepared with PTA wastes and heavy arenes.The coating was made up of polyester,heavy arenes,zinc dust,iron oxide red,graphite and curing agent,was resistant to acid,alkali,salt and tail gas because of the functional groups of ester and carbamate,and had anodic protection because of its rich in zinc dust.
