摘要
河南工业职业技术学院在与深圳富士康科技集团合作过程中,引进SMT生产线3条,依照SMT职业岗位对知识、能力、素质等要求,实施以职业能力和素质培养为重点,深入推进以行动导向为主体的与深圳富士康科技集团合作开发的课程体系。该体系经过两年多的教学实践,解决了以往SMT在人才培养中的大部分教学难题并达到了培养高技能应用型人才的目标,获得非常明显的收效,为其他课程的教学改革工作起到了示范和带动作用。
In the process of cooperation with The Shenzhen Foxconn Technology Group, Henan Industry Occupation Technical College introduce 3 production lines, go by the requirements of knowledge、ability、quality and others for the SMT career positions, focus on the implementation of vocational ability and quality of training to promote the action-oriented as the main course system in collaboration with the Shenzhen Foxconn Technology Group to develop the course. After two years of teaching practice, the system gains very obvious effective by solving most of the teaching problems in SMT personnel training, achieves the goal of applied talents training of highly skilled, and play demonstration and leading role for other teaching reform.
