摘要 1曲马多的药理学特点和临床适应症 1．1曲马多的药理学特点及作用机制 曲马多（国际非专利名称）化学名为（±）反式-2-（二甲氨甲基）-1-（3-甲氧苯基）-环己醇，是70年代末由原西德格兰泰（Grunenthal）公司开发的中枢性镇痛药，1977年首先在德国上市。临床上应用的是其盐酸盐，即盐酸曲马多。早期基于啮齿类动物实验结果，曾将曲马多归类于纯阿片受体激动剂，但曲马多没有明显的典型阿片类药物副作用，
