摘要
目的:探讨额尔敦-乌日勒联合血栓通对脑梗死患者血脂、炎症因子、同型半胱氨酸、尿酸等相关指标的影响。方法:筛选84例脑梗死住院患者,按门诊号随机分为对照组40例与治疗组44例对照组和治疗组均用注射用胞磷胆碱钠0.5g与血栓通450 mg分别加入生理盐水200 mL静脉输注,每日1次,连续给药14 d;阿司匹林300 mg,每日顿服,2 d后改为100mg每日顿服。治疗组同时加用额尔敦-乌日勒,每天早晨1次,每次口服3 g,连续给药14 d;观察指标主要包括:血脂相关指标、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血尿酸(UA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果:两组治疗前后(与病例组相比),患者血清Hcy,UA,总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),hs-CRP,NIHSS等相关指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组相比,患者血清Hcy,UA,TC,TG,LDL-C,Hs-CRP,NIHSS等相关指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:额尔敦-乌日勒联合应用血栓通可以有效降低脑梗死患者的炎性反应水平,预防动脉硬化的发生与发展,有效改善脑神经功能,同时其也降低脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸、尿酸水平,进而降低患者继发梗死或病情加重的风险。
Objective： To study effect on blood lipids, inflammatory factors, homocysteine, uric acid and other related indicators in patients with cerebral infarction by eerdun-wurile combined with Xueshuantong injection. Method： Eighty-four cases with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups, the control group with 40 cases, the treatment group with 44 cases. The observation indexed included serum total cholesterol （TC） , triglyceride （TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, high-density lipoprotein colesterol （HDL-C）, homocysteine （Hcy）, blood uric acid （UA）, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and national institutes of health stroke scale （NIHSS） score. Result： Before and after treatment, there are significantly different in serum levels of Hcy, UA, TC, TG, LDL-C, hs-CRP, NIHSS. Compared with control group, there are significant differences in mongolian acupuncture. Conclusion： Eerdun-wurile combined with Xueshuantong injection can reduce the inflammatory factors level and prevent the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis, improve the functional recovery of patients with infarction lesions.
