维药牛舌草活性部位的抗氧化和美白作用 被引量:11

Antioxidant and Whitening Activity of Anchusa italica

摘要 目的:对维吾尔特色药材牛舌草开展抗氧化和美白作用的研究。方法:95%乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取得不同极性部位;200~6.25mg·L-1,6个梯度浓度下,测定样品对DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼)自由基的清除率、对弹性蛋白酶的抑制率和对酪氨酸酶的抑制率;评价牛舌草不同化学极性部位的抗氧化能力和美白作用。结果:在样品质量浓度为0.05g·L-1时,牛舌草95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位和正丁醇萃取部位对DPPH自由基清除率分别为87%,76%,高于其他部位70%以上,而接近于阳性对照维生素C(VC);在样品质量浓度为1.0g·L-1时,对弹性蛋白酶的抑制率分别为50%,56%,接近于阳性对照熊果酸,而其他部位无活性;对酪氨酸酶抑制率分别为76%,44%,高于其他部位30%以上,且高于阳性对照VC。结论:牛舌草的乙酸乙酯萃取部位和正丁醇萃取部位为牛舌草的高活性部位并显示出良好的抗氧化剂和美白作用,今后可作为天然抗氧化剂和美白剂加以开发利用。 Objective: To study the antioxidant activity and whitening effect of Anchusa italica. Method: 95% EtOH extract was partitioned successively with petroleum ether, EtOAc, and n-BuOH to form 5 sites. Ultraviolet spectrum and fluorescent spectrometry were used to study the bioactivities of eliminating [ 1, 1-diphenyl- 2-picrylhydrazyl radical 2, 2-diphenyl-1- (2, 4, 6-trinitrophenyl) hydrazyl, DPPH] radical anion, restraining the elastase, and inhibition of tyrosinase. Result: In the concentration of 0.05 g .L-1 ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions from the 95% alcohol extracts of A. italica roots showed significant activities to eliminating DPPH radical with the inhibiting ratio of 87% , 76% , and to restrain elastase with the inhibition ratio of 50% , 56% , as well as with tyrosinase inhibition of 76%, 44%. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions from the 95% alcohol extracts of A. italica roots can be employed as natural antioxidants and whitening agents.
