摘要
目的:基于智能感官技术对藿香正气颗粒安慰剂的"形色气味"进行研究,探讨智能感官分析技术客观化评价中药安慰剂的可行性。方法:采用机器视觉技术、电子鼻和电子舌技术分别采集各样品的相关数据,通过不同的统计学方法对特征数据进行分析。结果:机器视觉技术、电子鼻和电子舌技术均能够对藿香正气颗粒安慰剂和其治疗药物进行很好的判别。结论:在一定程度上,采用智能感官技术可以实现对中药安慰剂性状评价的客观化,且避免了人工评分所导致的主观因素的影响。
Objective: To research the ' xing se qi wei' of Huoxiang Zhengqi particles placebo based on the intelligent sensory technique, and discuss the feasibility of intelligent sensory technique to objective evaluation traditional Chinese medicine placebo. Method: The samples data were collected using machine vision, electronic nose and electronic tongue technologies. Then the characteristic data were analyzed through statistical methods. Result: The machine vision, electronic nose and electronic tongue technologies were able to good judgment the placebo and its therapeutic drugs of Huoxiang Zhengqi particles. Conclusion: The intelligent sensory technique could be achieved on objective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine placebo, and avoid the artificial score resulting subjective factors to a certain extent.
