摘要
目的：构建复方鱼腥草片的质量控制方法。方法：采用HPLC测定复方鱼腥草片中绿原酸、黄芩苷含量，采用HPLC建立复方鱼腥草片的指纹图谱。结果：绿原酸、黄芩苷的线性范围分别为0．0317～0．4755，0．33～4．95μg，加样回收率分别为99．18％，98．81％；确定了15个共有峰，构建其共有模式，12批样品中相似度较高，均在0．8以上。结论：所建立方法稳定、简单，可用于复方鱼腥草片的质量控制。
Objective： To study on the methods of quality control of FufangYuxingcao tablet. Method： The content determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in FufangYuxingcao tablets was established by HPLC, and the fingerprint of FufangYuxingeao tablets was established by HPLC also. Result： The quantitative liner of chlorogenic acid and baiealin were 0. 031 7-0. 475 5 and 0.33-4.95μg respectively, and the average recoveries were 99. 18% and 98.81% respectively. Fifteen maker peaks werte separated by HPLC, and the common mode was established. The similarity of the fingerprints of 12 batches of sample was over O. 8. Comclusion： The established method is simple and reliable and it can be used for the quality control of FufangYuxingcao tablets.
