摘要 喷油螺杆式空气压缩机油冷却器和后冷却器可回收热量约占机组输入功率85%,对这部分热量进行回收加以利用,可减少对燃煤、电能的消耗,并可提高机组运行效率,延长设备使用寿命,降低运行维护成本。文章结合设计实例,对喷油螺杆式空气压缩机余热进行回收,用于制备热水,并对效益进行分析。针对项目用水硬度高,设计提出采用二次换热系统、降低热水温度、留设换热设备机械清洗接口等技术措施,解决了换热设备易结垢、维护工作量大等问题。 A recoverable heat value from the oil cooler and back cooler of the oil injection screw type air compressor would be taken about 85% of the input power. The recovery and utilization of those heat values could reduce the consumptions of the coal and electric power, could improve the operation efficiency of the machine unit, could prolong the service life of the equipment and could reduce the operation and maintenance costs. In combination with the design cases, the afterheat recovery was conducted from the oil injection screw type air compressor, was applied to the preparation of the hot water and was analyzed on the benefits. According to a high hardness of the water applied to the project, technical measures of the secondary heat exchanging system, hot water temperature reduction, mechanical cleaned joints set in the heat exchanging equipment and others were designed and provided in order to solve the incrustations easy occurred on the heat exchanging equipment, high maintenance works and other problems.
