摘要
目的:探讨超声利用有回声型助显剂诊断胃癌的应用价值。方法:对40例胃癌患者的超声声像图进行回顾性分析,并将超声判断TNM分期结果与病理结果进行分析比较。结果:超声对胃癌浸润深度判断总的符合率为75.00%,对T1、T2、T3、T4期诊断符合率分别为66.67%、60.00%、80.00%、83.33%,对淋巴结转移及远处转移诊断符合率分别为67.50%和100%。结论:超声利用有回声型造影剂有利于判断胃癌TNM分期,具有临床应用价值。
Objective：To study the application value of ultrasonography in gastric cancer with the echoic streak re-agent. Methods：The features of ultrasonography of 40 patients with gastric cancer who were confirmed by pathology were analysed retrospectively. The results were compared with the pathological findings on the TNM classification . Results：The overall accuracy for the depth of cancer invasion was 75. 00%. The accuracy for T1 ,T2 ,T3 and T4 was 66. 67%,60. 00%,80. 00%,83. 33%. The accuracy for diagnosing invasived lymph node and other organs was 67. 50% and 100%. Conclusion：Ultrasonography is useful in evaluating the TNM classification of gastric cancer.
