摘要 目的:探讨三阴性乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织中MTDH的表达情况及其与一线化疗的关系。方法:收集124例三阴性乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织标本,免疫组化法检测MTDH的表达水平,分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系。对其中45例接受一线化疗的晚期患者随访36个月,探讨MTDH表达水平与化疗客观有效率及无进展生存期之间的关系。结果:三阴性乳腺癌患者高表达MTDH,其表达水平与淋巴结转移(P=0.005)、肿瘤分期(P=0.001)、远处转移(P=0.001)和Ki67指数(P=0.041)呈正相关。接受一线化疗的45例晚期患者中,MTDH高表达者较低表达者客观有效率低(32.1%vs 64.7%,P=0.033),中位无进展生存期短(4.0 vs11.0个月,P=0.031)。结论:三阴性乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织中MTDH表达水平与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期、远处转移和Ki67指数呈正相关。MTDH表达水平有可能成为晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者一线化疗的疗效预测和预后因子。 Objective:To detect the expression of MTDH in tumor tissues of patients with triple negative breast cancer and to investigate its association with first line chemotherapy. Methods:MTDH was detected in the tumor tis-sues of 124 patients diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer( TNBC)by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between MTDH expression level and clinical characteristics of TNBC patients were analyzed. 45 patients with ad-vanced disease were treated with first-line chemotherapy and were followed up for 36 months. The relationship of MTDH expression to chemotherapeutic efficacy and progression free survival was explored. Results:MTDH was highly expressed in the tumor tissues of TNBC patients. MTDH expression is correlated with nodal metastasis(P=0. 005), tumor stage(P=0. 001),distant metastasis(P=0. 001)and Ki67 index(P=0. 041). Of the 45 advanced patients treated with first-line chemotherapy,high MTDH expression predicted a poor responsive rate(32. 1% vs 64. 7%,P=0. 033)and a short progression free survival(4. 0 vs 11. 0 months,P=0. 031). Conclusion:High MTDH expres-sion in TNBC correlates with nodal metastasis,advanced stage,distant metastasis and high Ki67 index;MTDH expres-sion is likely to become a predictive and prognostic factor for advanced TNBC patients who received first-line chemo-therapy.
