摘要
目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗活动性LN的疗效是否优于单纯西医治疗 ,并找出一个比较有效的治疗狼疮的专方。方法 :对比观察了中西医结合组 (治疗组 )与西医组 (对照组 )的治疗总有效率 ,以及治疗中出现的副作用和并发症。结果 :治疗组治疗有效率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,副作用和并发感染发生机率明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :中西医结合 ,在狼疮方的基础上加用其它中药治疗活动性LN ,可提高治疗的有效率 ,减少治疗引起的副作用和并发症的发生。
Objective: To explore whether the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in active LN is better than that of pure western medicine treatment, and to find out a relatively effective special prescription to treat LN. Methods:Observe the total treatment effective rate of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group(treatment group) and western medicine treatment group(contrast group),observing the side effect and complication during treatment of the two groups.Results: The curative effective rate of treatment group is remarkably higher than that of the contrast group(P<0 05),the side effect and coexisting infection rate is remarkably lower than that of the contrast group(P<0 01,P<0 05)。Conclusion: On the base of the Lupus prescription,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine,to treat active LN with dialectically adding other herbs can raise the curative effective rate,reduce the occurrence of side effect and complication .
