摘要
目的 :从神经电生理的角度研究还元注射液对实验性脑出血大鼠神经元的保护作用。方法 :采用玻璃微电极细胞外记录法 ,观察模型组、还元组大鼠造模前、后血肿周围区域海马CA1神经元细胞外自发放电频率和数目的变化 ,并监测血压、血气等参数的变化。结果 :造模前两组血压、血气等参数以及海马CA1神经元细胞外自发放电频率和数目无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。模型组造模后与造模前比较 ,血压、PO2 均明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;PCO2 ,HCO-3 ,TCO2 ,B .E均明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;血肿周围区域海马CA1神经元细胞外自发放电频率、数目均明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。还元组造模 4h后的PCO2 ,HCO-3 ,TCO2 ,B .E以及血肿周围区域海马CA1神经元细胞外自发放电频率、数目虽较造模前明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,但均高于同期模型组各对应参数值 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;造模 4h后的PO2 、血压与造模前比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,却低于同期模型组各对应参数值 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :还元注射液具有保护机体内环境 。
Objective: To study the protective effects of Huanyuan Injection on brain neurons of experimental cerebral hemorrhage rats through nervous electric physiologic method.Methods: Using extracerebral glass microelectrodes recording method, we studied the frenquencies and numbers of spontaneous firing in hippocampal CA1 neurons around hematoma in model group and Huanyuan group before and after the rats were induced cerebral hemorrhage. At the meantime, we measured the changes of blood pressure and blood gas, we also studied the effects of Huanyuan Injection.Results: Before making model, blood pressure, blood gas, the frenquencies and numbers of spontaneous firing in hippocampal CA1 neurons around hematoma of the two groups have no obvious differences( P >0.05). After experimental cerebral hemorrhage for 4 hours of model group, blood pressure and P O 2 were obvious increased( P <0.01), P CO 2 , HCO - 3, T CO 2 , B.E, the frequencies and numbers of spontaneous firing in hippocampal CA1 neurons around hematoma were obviously decreased ( P <0.01); After being induced intracerebral hemorrhage for 2 hours, Huanyuan group was injected Huanyuan Injection 2ml through femural vein. Compared with before model, P CO 2 , HCO - 3,T CO 2 , B.E, the frequencies and numbers of spontaneous firing in hippocampal CA1 neurons around hematoma were obviously decreased( P <0.01), but they were higher than model group at the meantime; P O 2 and blood pressure have no distinct differences compared with before model( P >0.05), but they were lower than model group at the meantime ( P <0.05).Conclusion: Huanyuan Injection could protect economy inner enviroment, protect functions of the nerves.
