摘要
寰枢椎不稳定需做寰 枢椎融合术,钢丝固定植骨融合术已经逐渐被一些新方法取代,椎板夹固定法避免了在椎板下穿钢丝损伤脊髓的危险。Magerl报道的经枢椎椎弓根寰椎侧块关节螺钉固定术是目前固定效果最好的一种方法。对于有严重鹅颈畸形的病例,前路经枢椎体寰椎侧块螺钉固定术较易施行。
Atlantoaxial fusion is essential to
atlantoaxial instability. Conventional C1-C2 wiring procedures have been replaced by some new ways. Halifax clamps is safer procedures than wiring techniques by avoiding sublaminar passage of wires. Posterior atlantoaxial transarticular screw fixation can provide the greatest mechanical stabi lity. Anterior transarticular screw fixation through C vertebral body is suitable to the patients who have atlantoaxial instability associated with swan-neck deformity.
