摘要
目的 :介绍阴茎皮管尿道成型 (Duplay术 )二期手术治疗小儿尿道下裂的手术方法。 方法 :采用阴茎皮管尿道成型术 (Duplay术 )治疗阴茎下弯矫正术后小儿尿道下裂 14例 ,其中阴茎体型 9例 ,会阴型 5例 ,年龄 3 .5～ 8岁。结果 :一次手术成功ll例 ,2例术后尿瘘 ,l例远端皮管感染。结论 :我们认为对已矫正下弯的尿增下裂病人 ,除皮条埋藏 (Denis—Browne)等其他方法外 ,阴茎皮管尿道成型不失为一种有效的手术方法 ,具有一定的临床实用性。
Objective : To intraduce Duplay's operation fortreating hypospadias in two stages. Methods: 14 children with hypospadiaswere treated consecutively with Duplay's operation. 9 of those were perile hypospadias and 5 cases were perineal hypospadias. Results: Theoperation was used successful is 11 children, and twocases have post-operative urethral fistula. One have a distal penis skin tube infection.Conclusion: We think for patients with hypospadias who been corrected with penis inferior bend, in addtion of Denis-Brown's operation. Duplav'soperation is an effect procedure and have a useful. clinic practice.
