摘要
目的 :探讨脂蛋白 (a)Lp(a)与妊高征之间的关系。方法 :应用ELISA法测定 2 9例非妊高征孕妇 (非妊高征组 )及 19例妊高征患者 (妊高征组 )的血清Lp(a)水平。结果 :(1)妊高征组血清Lp(a)水平为 (394.5 895± 2 10 .717)mg/L ,高于非妊高征组 (180 .1896± 12 3 .2 2 1)mg/L ,两组间比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。 (2 )Lp(a)最高值发生于子痫患者。结论 :Lp(a)与妊高征关系密切 ,Lp(a)的增高与妊高征之间很可能存在因果关系。
To investigate the relationship between lipoprotein(a) Lp(a) and pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH).Method:The Lp(a) values in the serum from 29 non-PIH women and 19 women with PIH were determined by ELISA method.Results:(1) The Lp(a) value in the PIH(394.5895±210.717)mg/L increased significantly than that of normal pregnancy (180.1896±123.221)mg/L(P<0.01).(2)A eclamplsia woman has the highest value of Lp(a).Conclusion:The Lp(a) level is closely associated with PIH and probably play an important role in PIH.
