肺炎支原体感染对川崎病患儿冠状动脉病变的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨肺炎支原体感染对川崎病冠状动脉病变的影响。方法将本院儿科收治的川崎病合并冠状动脉病变的患儿分为观察组(合并肺炎支原体感染)和对照组(不合并肺炎支原体感染)。检测2组患儿的心功能指标、心肌酶谱指标及免疫功能指标。结果观察组患儿的舒张早期充盈峰速度、E/A比值、左心室舒张末期直径、射血分数均低于对照组;观察组患儿的AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB、cTnI含量高于对照组;观察组患儿的IgG、IgM、IgA水平低于对照组。结论肺炎支原体感染可导致川崎病冠状动脉病变患儿的心功能损害,心肌酶谱增高,免疫功能低下,需要在临床治疗中加以重视,并注意补充免疫球蛋白。 Objective To explore the influence of mycoplasma pneumonia infection on Kawasaki disease children with coronary artery lesions. Methods Kawasaki disease children com- plicated with coronary artery lesions were enrolled and divided into observation group (complicated with pneumonia mycoplasma infection) and control group (not complicated with pneumonia my- coplasma infection). Heart function index, myocardial enzymes index and immune function index were detected and compared between two groups. Results E peak, E/A ratio, LVEDD, LVEF of observation group were lower than control group. LDH, AST, CK, CK - IV[B, cTnI content of observation group were higher than control group. IgG, IgM, IgA levels of observation group were lower than control group. Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumonia infection can cause heart function damage, increase cardiac enzyme elevation and impair immune function in Kawasaki disease chil- dren complicated with coronary artery lesions. In the clinical treatment, more attention should be paid to the supplement of immunoglobulin.
